Meet the Cider Maker
Also known around here as the Head Apple Smasher. Will Jordan turned a hobby into a full fledged obsession. After moving his family to Green Bluff he saw the opportunity to make hand crafted artisan cider with the apples growing in the orchards all around him. He is usually found doing the dirty work but can also be spotted in the tasting room and is always up for a conversation about cider.
